We are Hiring: Inside Sales Specialist

Hybrid role in Chennai (Saidapet) 4 days in Office 1 day WFH Shift: 8:00 PM 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Are you passionate about B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and connecting with decision-makers? We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to help drive our business growth and create new revenue opportunities. Someone who has worked with Staff Augmentation or IT Staffing will be great and a good match.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and define the right Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target accounts Research companies and identify the right prospects and decision-makers Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and prospecting tools Connect and engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Identify new business and revenue opportunities Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development/Sales team Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in CRM systems

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales Strong understanding of ICP identification, prospecting, and lead qualification Ability to confidently connect with C-level executives Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools is preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
