Inside Sales Executive

Position: Inside Sales.

Experience: 5-10 Yrs

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in marketing /MBA, or a related field.

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Joining: Immediate (Immediate joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact and engage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and digital channels
• Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and decision-making authority
• Present and pitch FinTech products (payments, lending, SaaS, APIs, digital banking, etc.) to prospects
• Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Stay updated on FinTech trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C sales (FinTech/SaaS preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to explain complex financial or technical products in a simple manner
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills

Basic understanding of financial products, digital payments, or SaaS models.
