Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting our IT services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through calls, emails and other channels
• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Understand client requirements and business needs
• Present the companys IT services and solutions
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and business development team
• Research potential clients and target companies
• Prepare regular lead generation and sales reports

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions
• Experience in inside sales, telecalling or business development is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
• Comfortable working with sales targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
