Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that meet client needs and align with company goals.

Job Requirements :

• MBA Fresher or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations, email correspondence, and face-to-face interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment with minimal supervision.
