Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :-

• Handle Defence & Aerospace customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and order processing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Sourcing, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Understand customer requirements, specifications, and commercial terms and coordinate internally for appropriate responses.
• Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/SAP and ensure timely updates.
• Support tender/GeM-related activities.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, enquiry status, and order follow-up reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the Sales Team in achieving business targets.
• Ensure timely response to customer queries and maintain professional communication.

Preferred candidate profile :-

1. Experience in Defence & Aerospace, Fasteners, or Industrial Products.

2. Good understanding of RFQ, quotation, order processing, and

customer coordination.

3. Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.

4. Target-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple

customer requirements simultaneously.
