Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote ZaranTechs online IT training programs, generate and convert leads, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals and corporate prospects.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT training programs.
• Handle follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and messages.
• Educate candidates about training and placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with trainees and trainers for a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Telesales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
• Basic knowledge of computers and online platforms.
• EdTech / Training industry experience is preferred.
