Inside Sales Executive- Night Shift

Experience working with US, Canada, Europe and Australian clients is preferred

We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and experience in lead qualification. The ideal candidate should have a background in *loans, mortgages, banking, financial services, or collections*.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound and attend inbound calls and qualify leads based on customer requirements.

* Understand customer financial needs and provide relevant information.

* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.

* Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Achieve daily calling, lead qualification, and conversion targets.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

* Experience in *loans, mortgages, banking, financial services, or collections* preferred.

* Good lead qualification and follow-up skills.

* Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

* 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
