Location: Indore
Eligibility: MBA Freshers
Fixed CTC: INR 3 LPA (In-hand salary: INR 20,000 per month)
Performance Incentive: Up to INR 5,000 per month
Skills Required: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, MS-Office
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with interested customers and understand their healthcare needs.
Recommend suitable MediBuddy healthcare services through consultative selling.
Manage assigned leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and respond to customer queries promptly.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and daily productivity/talk-time goals.
Maximize lead conversion while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Provide a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Follow quality standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Continuously improve communication skills and sales effectiveness.
