Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and promoting Learidges educational solutions- Platform and Courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and institutional partners.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Connect with prospective clients, educational
• institutions, schools, organizations, and business partners to introduce Learidge's educational solutions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programs and solutions.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities in the system.
• Coordinate with the teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Resolve customer queries and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Prepare sales activity reports.
