Inside Sales Executive (Valves)

• Quotation & Offer Preparation: Prepare techno-commercial quotations in response to customer enquiries and tenders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and commercial requirements.
• Technical Offer Evaluation: Prepare technical offers in accordance with established checklists, specification requirements, and deviation lists.
• Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to understand and clarify technical and commercial requirements, address queries, and resolve open points.
• Meetings & Audits: Participate in pre-inspection meetings, kick-off meetings, and customer audits, as required.
• Order & System Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all relevant order and quotation details in SAP, with complete supporting inputs.
• Specification Management: Review customer-requested specification changes, assess their implications, and provide appropriate technical confirmation in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Order Handover: Ensure a smooth and complete handover of orders to the Contracts Management team and provide ongoing support, wherever required.

Desired Profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or quotation support within the industrial valve industry.
• Hands-on experience in preparing techno-commercial offers for On-Off and Manual Valves, Quarter-Turn Valves, and Actuators.
• Thorough understanding of technical specifications, customer requirements, tender documentation, and commercial offer preparation.
• Experience in SAP and customer-facing technical coordination would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and quotations effectively
