Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a high-energy, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Thane - Wagle Estate.

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate

CTC: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Additional attractive incentives based on performance

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Saturday & Sunday: Working

Work Mode: Work from Office

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls with prospective learners/customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right learning programs
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the sales journey
• Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle — Lead → Follow-up → Conversion → Closure
• Continuously improve your sales approach, objection handling, and closing skills

• 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales / B2C Sales
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
• Target-oriented with a strong hunger to achieve and earn
• Ability to handle high volume leads and follow ups
• Positive attitude, discipline, and strong ownership
• Candidates who enjoy a fast paced, performance driven sales environment
