Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, outbound calling, or telesales.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle cold calls effectively.
• Proficiency in cross selling and upselling techniques is essential.
