About this role
We are hiring Sales Executives for two positions at Sector 20, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
1. Inside Sales Executive Australian Process: Handle outbound calls to Australian customers, promote solar panels and renewable energy solutions, understand customer requirements, explain available incentives, convert leads into sales, maintain CRM records, and achieve sales targets. Required experience: 6 months to 3 years in international voice or outbound calling.
2. Holiday Sales Executive (OTA): Handle inbound travel enquiries, understand customer preferences, create customised holiday itineraries and quotations, negotiate prices, convert leads into confirmed bookings, upsell travel services, and maintain CRM records. Required experience: 13 years in holiday sales, travel package sales, tour sales, or OTA sales. Graduation is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills are required. Maximum budget: Rs. 31,000 in-hand per month.
