Inside Sales Executive - Hindi & Telugu Speaking Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand the student's academic goals, requirements, and learning challenges.
• Provide detailed information about Infinity Learn's courses, programs, and learning solutions.
• Counsel students/parents and recommend the most suitable academic program.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments/admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Track the complete sales journey from lead generation to enrollment.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to create a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Stay updated about new courses, offerings, pricing, promotions, and academic programs.
• Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counselling, education sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
