Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive performance incentives
• Guide customers throughout their real estate journey
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate customer details and interactions in CRM
