Roles and Responsibilities Sales Executive

• Identify potential customers and business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.
• Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up regularly with existing leads and prospects to convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer queries professionally and communicate product or service benefits effectively.
• Maintain quality standards and follow company sales processes and guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Participate in initial training sessions to understand the end-to-end sales process.
