Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, websites, events, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Understand parents’ requirements and effectively communicate the school’s value proposition.
• Schedule and confirm campus visits, send reminders, and minimise no-shows.
• Follow up with prospective families throughout the admission process, from initial enquiry to enrolment.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, lead status, and follow-up activities.
• Re-engage inactive leads, address concerns, and generate referrals.
• Achieve daily calling, qualified campus visit, and enrolment targets.
• Track lead conversions and share regular performance updates.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–7 years of experience in inside sales, school admissions, edtech, or consultative B2C sales.
• Excellent spoken English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Good follow-up discipline and a target-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
