Hiring Inside Sales Executive | Noida | Lucknow

Shining Stars is expanding its sales team in Noida and Lucknow looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Inside Sales Executive role.

Position: Inside Sales Executive
Eligibility: Any UG / Graduate / Experienced candidates can apply
Salary: 1.75 LPA 3.5 LPA (based on last drawn salary)

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable with sales targets and follow-ups
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• 6 days working with rotational weekly off
• Fresher/experienced candidates can apply

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls and other channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities
• Follow company sales, quality and compliance processes
• Track and maintain individual performance metrics
