About this role
Role & responsibilities
Support lead generation, tender processing, quotation preparation, customer communication, and coordination between Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for industrial valve business.
* Generate and qualify leads from Pharma, Chemical, Petrochemical, Metal, Mining, Sugar & Ethanol, Power, Cement, Water, Process Industries, EPC Contractors, and OEMs.
* Maintain customer, project, inquiry, and opportunity databases.
* Review customer RFQs, tenders, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
* Prepare techno-commercial quotations and tender submissions with support from engineering and sales teams.
* Compile compliance statements, technical documents, and bid-related documentation.
* Follow up on quotations, tenders, technical clarifications, and customer inquiries.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch teams for order execution and delivery commitments.
* Track inquiries, quotations, tenders, orders, and project opportunities.
* Prepare sales MIS, quotation trackers, order status reports, and business reports.
* Maintain professional communication with customers through email and telephone
Preferred candidate profile
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Willingness to learn industrial valve products, tendering, and sales processes.
