Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Inside Sales Engineer / Sales Trainee to support PULS Powers sales activities from the Bangalore office. The role will focus on lead generation, cold calling, responding quickly to customer enquiries, following up on quotations and opportunities, and supporting the sales team in developing new business. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh engineering graduate or an engineer with 12 years of experience who is interested in building a career in B2B technical sales, industrial automation and power electronics.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales or customer-facing roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
Basic understanding of electrical/electronic products.
Good follow-up, organizational and MS Office skills.
Proactive, target-oriented and willing to learn.
Excellent proficiency in English, knowledge of Hindi and a relevant regional language will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel as required
