Inside Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.

• Engage with prospects, explain products/services, and drive sales conversions through regular follow-ups.

• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM/customer database, and accurate records of leads, calls, and meetings.

• Coordinate with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely communication and order processing.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while addressing queries and complaints.

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, presentations, and sales updates.

• Coordinate with the Sales Head and sales team on targets, opportunities, orders, and month-end reporting.

• Prepare and distribute sales presentations, proposals, and supporting documents to support business development.

• Keep customers informed about order status, delays, and delivery timelines.

• Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide updates on leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Presales, and internal teams for leads, meetings, proposals, and order processing.

• Proficiency in maintaining sales pipelines, CRM/lead databases, and sales records.

• Strong reporting and documentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to understand IT/software solutions; banking/BFSI domain experience preferred.

• Organized, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
