Inside Sales Associate

We're looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage inbound and offline leads (Meta ads, website, doctor referrals, partnerships), explain Marbles Health programs, and convert them into patients. The role also involves supporting onboarding coordination, training, and documentation to ensure a smooth patient journey. Incentives are tied to conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Understand patient concerns and clearly explain our programs
• Drive conversions and guide patients through consultation and onboarding
• Provide program training to patients, caregivers, and partner doctors as needed
• Resolve patient/caregiver queries and ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain lead records and coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and session initiation

Requirements

• 2+ years in inside sales or lead conversion; healthcare sales/patient coordination is a plus
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong verbal communication (English & Hindi), persuasion, and follow-up discipline
• Comfortable in a target-driven, incentive-based environment

Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives
