Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
• Conduct lead generation, lead qualification, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Explain product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote B2B SaaS products and HRMS solutions to business customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Telesales, or B2B Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Follow-ups, and Sales Conversion.
• Ability to handle sales objections, convince customers, and close deals.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in sales.
