Inside Sales and Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Location - Malad, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets and support the sales team in meeting overall goals.
• Generate new leads through proactive outreach, field team collaboration, and online/offline campaigns.
• Contact potential clients via phone and present product offerings effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Clearly explain product features, advantages, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending customer orders.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals successfully.
• Coordinate with the Quotation Department and clients for seamless order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure timely coordination.
• Monitor and report on field sales staff activity including attendance and sales updates.
• Prepare and share daily sales performance reports.

Qualities Required:

• Excellent communication skills (especially in English)
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and listening skills.
• Convincing & Negotiation skills.
• Confident in MS Office Excel.
• Familiar with units of measurements and commercial calculation.
