Inshop Sales Promoter

Role & responsibilities

• Promote and sell home appliance products to customers at the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.
• Demonstrate products and highlight their key features and advantages.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure proper product display and maintain the assigned sales area.
• Track customer enquiries and follow up to convert them into sales.
• Coordinate with store staff and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare basic sales reports and share daily sales updates with the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduation.
• Experience: 02 years in retail sales, in-shop sales, promoter, or home appliance sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and enthusiastic about sales.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances and consumer electronics is an added advantage.
