About the Role You are the customer-and-market engine behind our AI content marketing product. You validate customer requirements, build persona-based use cases, research competitors and workflows, and quality-check what ships. The role combines product management, consulting and research, with growth paths into Product, Consulting/GTM or Innovation lead.
Responsibilities
- Capture and validate customer requirements; track them through build, quality check and release
- Confirm with customers that delivery met the agreed expectation
- Develop tested use cases by persona (martech, AI video, ABM, pipeline generation, AI content workflows)
- Research competitors, pricing, workflows and gaps; turn findings into recommendations
- Run quality checks on workflows before release
- Design and run surveys, interviews and feedback sessions
- Support other verticals as needed
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years in product, product ops, consulting, business analysis, research, martech, growth or content roles (SaaS or AI preferred)
- Experience gathering requirements and working with product or engineering teams
- Hands-on use of gen-AI tools for video, image or copy
- Structured research and synthesis
- Survey and interview design
- Strong written communication
- Ownership and flexibility as a generalist
- MBA preferred
