Injection Moulding - Engineer/Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager

Job Requirements

• Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in Injection Moulding.
• Experience in Plastic Industry is preferred.
• Exposure to Plastic Processing Technology and Mould Flow Analysis will be an added advantage.
• Experience in New Mould / New Product Establishment, from DR to SOP.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting and improvement of existing moulds to achieve target cycle time, rejection, and productivity.

Role & responsibilities

1. Involve in New Product Establishment from DR to SOP.
2. Participate in in-house and supplier activities for cycle time reduction, rejection reduction, and changeover time reduction.
3. Ensure timely adherence to SOP requirements for new projects / new processes.
4. Handle mould/process troubleshooting and improvement activities.
5. Report day-to-day activities and progress to the PE In-Charge.
