Injection Moulding Designer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop injection moulds for various plastic products using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication during the design process.
• Conduct feasibility studies to optimize mould designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mould performance, including defects and wear and tear.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in injection mould design or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc. for designing complex geometries.
• Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and materials science.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
