Injection Molding Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Supervise injection moulding operators to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.
• Conduct regular tool room inspections to identify and resolve issues with tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new product designs and improve existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in injection moulding or related field (plastic molding).
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine operation, plastic molding processes, and tool maintenance.
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
