Injection Molding Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Moulding Supervisor to manage shift-level production activities in injection moulding. The role involves ensuring process stability, quality compliance, and timely reporting, while guiding operators and workers on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle manpower planning and overall shift activities
• Monitor process parameters and minimize troubleshooting issues
• Carry out mould changeovers independently using SMED knowledge
• Conduct self-quality inspection and monitor daily rejection
• Achieve production targets as per plan, backed by sound process set-up knowledge
• Prepare MIS and production reports
• Train and guide subordinates and workers on the floor
• Maintain 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke practices

Qualifications & Skills:

• Working knowledge of Excel and basic computer applications
• Safety-focused approach to daily operations
• Prior experience in injection moulding shift supervision preferred
