Injection Molding Production Supervisor

Candidates with injection moulding experience only should apply.

Salary - 25,000-35,000 per month (based on experience).

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day injection moulding production activities
• Supervise machine operators and shop-floor workers
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cycle times are maintained
• Perform basic troubleshooting of molding machines and molds
• Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
• Maintain production reports and shift records
• Ensure proper material handling and inventory usage
• Follow safety and housekeeping standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production / Polymer (preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 year's experience in injection moulding
• Experience on machines like Haitian, Milacron preferred
• Experience in plastic manufacturing / auto components industry
• Knowledge of machine setting, process parameters, and defects
• Ability to handle manpower and work in shifts
• Basic knowledge of quality control practices.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and documentation preferred
