Injection Molding Production Engineer

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering with a CIPET qualification.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Ability to achieve monthly production targets, manage KPIs and drive measurable cost-saving initiatives is essential.
• Plan and execute production, ensuring quality and efficient machine utilisation.
• Strong processing knowledge of PE, PP and PET, including parameter optimisation and scrap reduction.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of process and machine problems.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical machine systems is essential.
• Lead and manage production and maintenance technical teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities, project savings and implement operating-cost reductions.
• Ensure machine availability.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 systems.
