Injection Molding Production Engineer

• Plan and monitor daily injection moulding production as per the production schedule.
• Operate, set, and monitor injection moulding machines and associated equipment.
• Set and optimize process parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, holding pressure, cooling time, and cycle time.
• Ensure machines, moulds, robots, dryers, chillers, and other auxiliary equipment are running efficiently.
• Monitor production output, machine utilization, cycle time, rejection, and downtime.

• Maintain process parameters, production reports, rejection records, and machine downtime records.
• Ensure proper mould changeover, machine setup, start-up, and shutdown procedures.
• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize material wastage and rejection.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Train and guide machine operators and technicians on proper machine operation and process control.
• Achieve daily/monthly production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
• Support new mould trials, process validation, and new product development activities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, rejection, downtime, and production costs.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions across the injection moulding shop floor.
