Injection Molding Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines according to production schedules.
• Mold Change, Mold Modification
• Robet Operation
• Load raw materials into the hopper and ensure uninterrupted machine operation.
• Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
• Inspect moulded parts for defects including flash, short moulding, sink marks, and cracks.
• Trim excess material and perform basic finishing of moulded parts.
• Pack finished products as per company standards.
• Record production output, rejection, and downtime in production logs.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow 5S, GMP (if applicable), and all company safety procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
