Responsibilities:* Operate and monitor electric injection moulding machines during production.* Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time.* Check product weight, appearance, dimensions and overall quality.* Identify and report defects, rejection and machine abnormalities.* Make basic machine adjustments to maintain consistent production.* Monitor mould operation and report any mould-related issues.* Maintain production and rejection records.* Keep the machine and work area clean and follow safety procedures.* Coordinate with the supervisor, quality and maintenance teams.* Ensure proper shift handover and smooth production.Requirements:* Mandatory: Previous experience operating electric injection moulding machines.* Experience in thin-wall injection moulding is preferred but not compulsory.* Basic understanding of injection moulding processes and machine parameters.* Willingness to work in shifts.* Ability to maintain production quality and minimize rejection.Sourced from naukri
