Injection Molding Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines according to production requirements.
  
• Inspect raw materials before use to ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Monitor machine performance during production runs and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

• Change molds and do basic mold maintenance
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in injection molding machine operation or related field (plastic engineering, plastic injection molding).
  
• Ability to operate various types of injection molding machines (e.g., hydraulic presses, electric motors).
  
• Familiarity with plastic materials science and their properties.
