RDES Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Injection Molding Machine Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation, reliability, and minimum downtime of injection molding machines and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs or component replacements.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in injection molding machine maintenance.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and machine safety procedures.
