Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of injection molding machines by performing breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, hydraulic maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, production operations, servicing, and troubleshooting.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  
• Develop and implement effective preventative measures to reduce downtime and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to machine performance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on each machine using CMMS software.
