Injection Molding Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in all electric injection molding machine.
2. Responsible to set Process of Injection moulding operations.
3. In depth knowledge of thin wall/ IML product processes.
4. Handling of valve pin gate hot runner multicavity moulds.
5. Optimization of cycle time and maintaining productivity.
6. Plant running and managing Day to day activities of Production, Quality.
7. Handling and maintaining robots and their accessories.
8. Root cause analysis of Quality issues, Rejection and appropriate actions.
9. Coordination with Maintenance for effective Running of the department.
10. Responsible to maintain Food safety standards.
11. Display and training to the workforce.
12. Coordination with planning.
13. Minimising wastage at all levels.
14. Consumption of re-grind material with proper planning.
15. Online inspection and packing of products.
16. Routine maintenance of machines.
