Position: Injection Blow Moulding Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) machines as per production requirements.
• Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, and cooling.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper material flow during production.
• Monitor moulding quality and identify defects such as flash, short moulding, leakage, bubbles, black spots, and deformation.
• Perform basic machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
• Ensure moulds and machine components are clean and properly maintained.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting for machine and process-related issues and report major breakdowns to the Maintenance team.
• Maintain production output as per the daily production plan and minimize rejection and material wastage.
• Conduct visual inspection and ensure products meet specified quality standards.
• Maintain production, rejection, and machine parameter records.
• Follow 5S, PPE, safety procedures, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass.
• Experience: 13 years of experience in Injection Blow Moulding or Plastic Moulding operations preferred.
• Knowledge of plastic raw materials and moulding processes.
• Ability to identify and rectify basic moulding defects.
• Basic understanding of machine parameters and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and achieve production targets.
