### **Hiring: Senior Lawyer Real Estate**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Lawyer** with a strong background in the **Real Estate industry**. The ideal candidate should have **6–10 years of experience working with real estate companies** and be capable of independently handling all legal matters related to land, property, and regulatory compliance.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Independently manage legal matters related to real estate projects.

* Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as **Banakhat, Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, Lease Agreements, MOUs, and Power of Attorney**.

* Conduct **title verification**, legal due diligence, and land record verification.

* Ensure compliance with **RERA**, land laws, registration, and other statutory regulations.

* Handle land acquisition, property documentation, legal notices, and litigation coordination.

* Liaise with government authorities, advocates, and regulatory bodies.

* Provide legal opinions and risk assessment for real estate transactions.

### **Requirements**

* **LL.B./LL.M.** from a recognized university.

* **6–10 years of experience in a Real Estate company (Mandatory).**

* Strong knowledge of **RERA, Banakhat (Agreement to Sell), property laws, title verification, land acquisition, registration processes, and real estate legal documentation.**

* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle complete real estate legal matters.

** Note:** Only **Ahmedabad-based candidates** are preferred.
