Rasta Pay helps fleet operators and transport businesses settle traffic challans at the court level, for less than the full penalty. We've settled 50,000+ challans for B2B clients at Pan India Level.

What You'll Do

• Appear in Traffic Courts, Virtual Courts, and Lok Adalats to contest challans.
• Negotiate settlements for reduced amounts and make sure challans are closed on record.
• Draft applications, vakalatnamas, and other court documents.
• Coordinate with courts, traffic police, and RTOs, and keep case records updated.
• Advise the team on the Motor Vehicles Act and state-specific procedures.

What We're Looking For

• LLB, enrolled with a State Bar Council.
• Litigation experience, ideally in district, magistrate, or traffic courts.
• Good knowledge of the Motor Vehicles Act and Lok Adalat procedures.
• Strong drafting skills in Hindi and English.
• Willing to travel to courts across NCR and North India.
