Infrastructure Support Engineer - O365 & End User Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide support for Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Handle email administration, mailbox creation, email migration, email mapping, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Provide end-user support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other O365 applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
• Support laptop/desktop installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Assist in IT asset management, system documentation, and compliance activities.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.

• Expertise in:
• Email Mapping & Email Troubleshooting
• Exchange Online
• Outlook Administration
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive
• SharePoint Online
• Experience in Active Directory and User Access Management.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and End User Computing Support.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in an NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or Lending organization.
• Exposure to IT security and compliance practices.
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Support / IT Support.
• Prior experience supporting O365 environments is mandatory.
• Experience in NBFC or Financial Services industry preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
