Infrastructure Specialist - System Administration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Citrix DaaS / Citrix Cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 issues related to desktops, applications, authentication, and user access.
• Manage Citrix Studio, Director, Workspace, and ADDS integration.
• Configure SAML SSO and Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication.
• Support Azure VMs, networking, identity, and virtualization environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational best practices.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in Citrix DaaS administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS/Citrix Cloud.
• Expertise in ADDS, SAML SSO, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and virtualization.
• Excellent L2/L3 troubleshooting and RCA skills.
