About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure, Network & Security Lead to join a global transformation programme within the healthcare sector. You will take ownership of infrastructure readiness, cybersecurity coordination and cloud governance, ensuring secure, scalable and high-performing environments throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity and business stakeholders, you will drive secure-by-design principles while supporting the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure solution design, readiness and deployment activities across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Manage infrastructure clean-up, firewall reviews and remediation of existing environments.
• Provision production environments aligned with organisational standards and security requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Infrastructure, Network, Operations and Cyber Security teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams and Cyber Security to ensure security requirements are identified, assessed and implemented.
• Conduct security reviews, risk assessments and threat analysis for new solutions and infrastructure changes.
• Track security risks, vulnerabilities, remediation activities and governance approvals.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers and business stakeholders to implement secure-by-design solutions.
• Support compliance, audit activities, penetration testing and vulnerability management.
• Provide regular project updates and security reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Network and/or Cyber Security.
• Strong experience leading infrastructure delivery within enterprise environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including:
  • Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
  • RBAC
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Azure Policy
  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud
  • Network Security Groups (NSGs)
  • Cloud governance and cost optimisation
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of security governance, compliance and risk management.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning and production environment readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
