Infrastructure Lead

A) Educational Qualification:

4-year full-time Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications or equivalent, OR MCA (full-time). OR M.E./M.Tech (full-time) in the same fields, from a Government-recognized University/Institution. (Total Experience: 12 years)

B) Experience :

• At least 7 years of IT infrastructure experience in a high-availability system environment.
• At least 1 security project.
• Experience with State/Central Govt. projects shall be preferred.

C) Job Description:

• Plan, manage and maintain the end-to-end IT infrastructure (servers, storage, cloud/on-prem systems) hosting the PPP platform.
• Ensure high availability, performance and disaster recovery readiness of critical infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure security hardening initiatives and coordinate at least one full security project lifecycle.
• Plan capacity, uptime monitoring, patching and infrastructure cost optimization.
• Liaise with data centre teams and other stakeholders for infrastructure operations.
• Support audits and ensure infrastructure compliance with Government IT and security guidelines.
