Job Description:

We are looking for experienced professionals in IT Infrastructure Governance and Asset Lifecycle Management to manage IT assets, governance processes, compliance, CMDB, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) and infrastructure governance processes.
• Oversee the complete IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and retirement.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and configuration records using ServiceNow.
• Monitor governance KPIs, compliance metrics, risks, and controls.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for management and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks, governance policies, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across IT infrastructure, operations, finance, and compliance teams.
• Prepare executive reports and communicate performance metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
