Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Infrastructure Support, Administration, and Implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Cisco networking technologies across LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Data Center environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, DNAC, ISE, DNS, DHCP, and ACI environments.
• Perform L2/L3 network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage network incidents, changes, and problem management activities.
• Support network migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise networks.
• Collaborate with global teams for network operations and project delivery.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA
• CCNP Enterprise
• Cisco SD-WAN Certification
• Cisco ACI Certification

Mandatory Skills Set: Cisco LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, DNAC, ISE, DNS, DHCP, and ACI.
