Role: Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Location: HYDERABAD (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Operations Engineer with a strong background in M365, Command Center leadership, DevOps support, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance, and leading teams in a dynamic environment. A critical requirement for this role is expertise in Windows Virtual Desktop.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Command Center operations, ensuring seamless infrastructure management and support.
• Implement and manage M365 solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
• Provide DevOps support, facilitating continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee the deployment and management of Windows Virtual Desktop environments.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Strong knowledge of M365 administration and management.
• Proficiency in AWS services and architecture.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in infrastructure operations or a related role.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
