      About this role

      Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support. Must have skills : Infrastructure Automation Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Apache Airflow, Ansible on Microsoft Azure Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

      Summary: Primary objective is to accelerate patching and OS upgrades across F5 load balancer estate (physical devices and about 1500 tenants, guests). Focus is on device-level automation (not application, data plane configuration such as iRules). Improve and automate the full lifecycle of patching: Faster testing and certification of patches before deployment Automated deployment to devices Validation and verification of successful changes Parallelized execution to increase throughput within operational windows Build and enhance automation workflows using tools such as Ansible, Python, and Apache Airflow. Integrate into an existing SDLC-style configuration management process (repo-driven, reviewed, and approved changes). Engagement likely to be structured as a deliverables-based model with close collaboration with the client team.

      Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
      • Responsible for team decisions.
      • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
      • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
      • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline incident resolution and service delivery.
      • Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
      • Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

      Professional & Technical Skills:

      • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Automation.
      • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Apache Airflow, Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
      • Strong knowledge of infrastructure components including servers, storage, and networking.
      • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems and application platforms.
      • Experience with automation tools and scripting to optimize infrastructure management tasks.
      • Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment automation techniques.

      Additional Information:

      • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Automation.
      • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
      • A 15 years full time education is required.
